Knowledge Base Article Comment Entity Capabilities

The knowledge base article comment entity is used to capture comments on a knowledge base article.

The class for this entity is kbarticlecomment. For knowledge base article comments, you can use the messages that are listed in the following table with the Execute method.

CreateUse this message to create a knowledge base article comment.

The information that is needed to create the entity instance is specified in the TargetCreateKbArticleComment class.

You can also call the Create method.

DeleteUse this message to delete a knowledge base article comment.

The entity instance to delete is specified in the TargetDeleteKbArticleComment class.

You can also call the Delete method.

RetrieveUse this message to retrieve a knowledge base article comment.

The entity instance to retrieve is specified in the TargetRetrieveKbArticleComment class.

The query expression that describes the entity instances to retrieve is specified in the Query property of this request.
