Refreshes a Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) reference group collection.

Namespace:   Microsoft.VisualStudio.WCFReference.Interop
Assembly:  Microsoft.VisualStudio.WCFReference.Interop (in Microsoft.VisualStudio.WCFReference.Interop.dll)

Use this method to make sure that the collection is current when files may have been updated outside the project.
