This Web service contains the methods you need to access and modify the definitions for all of the entities in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM installation. It can also be used to build a client-side cache. 

To add a Web service to your Microsoft Visual Studio Project, in Solution Explorer, right-click References and then click Add Web Reference. Enter the following string into the URL box, using the name of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.

http://<servername[:port]>/mscrmservices/2007/metadataservice.asmx
