How to: Modify Regional Settings (Team System Web Access)
You can use Team System Web Access to modify regional settings to match the language and time in your location.
Note
Team System Web Access is a Web-based application. Your settings reflect the time zone of the Web server unless you explicitly set your time zone. You should set your time zone if it differs from the server so that your work items are displayed and processed correctly.
Required Permissions
To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Team Foundation Valid Users security group. If the necessary security permissions are set explicitly, you must have the View project-level information permission for the team project set to Allow. For more information, see Team Foundation Server Permissions.
To modify language and time settings
In Team System Web Access, point to Settings, point to Profile, and then click Options.
In the Options dialog box, click the Regional Settings tab.
In the Culture list, click the language that you want.
In the Current time zone list, click the time zone that you want, and click OK.
