Property Value
A TimeSpan that contains the maximum length of time of an answerer's response for which an answerer is assumed to be a person. The default value is 1 second.

Remarks
The assumption that underlies this property is that humans usually answer the telephone with a response that is briefer than the typical answering machine message. A response whose length is less than MaximumUtteranceDurationToAssumePerson is assumed to come from a human speaker.
