Remarks
A HistoryItem object represents the outcome of a single dialog turn, where a turn consists of playing a prompt and attempting to recognize the user's response.
Derived classes, such as the SilenceHistoryItem and CommandHistoryItem classes, are used to represent different outcomes of a dialog turn.
