Removes a specified child.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.RemoveChild(pszName, dwFlags);

Parameters

  • pszName [in]
    Type: LPCOLESTR

    A pointer to a string that specifies the name of the child to remove.

  • dwFlags [in]
    Type: DWORD

    The CSDB_REMOVE_FLAGS enumeration value.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
