FBWF and BOOTSTAT.DAT (Windows Embedded Standard 2009)

On embedded systems with BOOTSTAT.DAT in %windir%, add BOOTSTAT.DAT to the FBWF exclusion list.
If BOOTSTAT.DAT is protected by FBWF, Windows Embedded Standard will not shut down properly.
