HotSpot::IStateManager::LoadViewState Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Restores the HotSpot object's previously saved view state to the object.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

private:
virtual void LoadViewState(
	Object^ savedState
) sealed = IStateManager::LoadViewState

Parameters

savedState
Type: System::Object
An Object that contains the saved view state values for the HotSpot object to restore.

Implements

IStateManager::LoadViewState(Object)

Typically, you should use the HotSpot::LoadViewState member to restore the view state for a HotSpot object.

The IStateManager::LoadViewState member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when a HotSpot instance is cast to an IStateManager interface.

Notes to Inheritors

To define a custom implementation for restoring view state for a HotSpot object, override the HotSpot::LoadViewState member. The explicit interface implementation calls the HotSpot::LoadViewState method to restore the view state for the HotSpot object.
