This function stops playback of a sound.

HRESULT SndStop (
  SND_SCOPE SoundScope,
  HSOUND hSound
);

SoundScope

[in] The type of sounds that should be stopped.

hSound

Reserved for future use. Set to NULL.

The function returns S_OK if successful, otherwise it returns a standard HRESULT error code.

You should call function SndStop to terminate the asynchronous sounds on your process before your application exits.
