Changing Windows Firewall Settings to Enable Remote Device Management

The default Windows Firewall settings require you to enable remote administration before you can use POS Device Manager to manage your POS devices. To enable this functionality, you can use the following:
- The command
netsh firewall set service RemoteAdmin
as described in Using the Command Line to Enable Remote Management.
-or- - A script to enable the Windows Firewall remote administration feature.
