TypeUsage.CreateDecimalTypeUsage Method (PrimitiveType, Byte, Byte)

Creates a TypeUsage object to describe a decimal type by using the specified facet values.

Namespace:  System.Data.Metadata.Edm
Assembly:  System.Data.Entity (in System.Data.Entity.dll)

public static TypeUsage CreateDecimalTypeUsage(
	PrimitiveType primitiveType,
	byte precision,
	byte scale


Type: System.Data.Metadata.Edm.PrimitiveType
A PrimitiveType for which the TypeUsage object is created.
Type: System.Byte
The precision of the decimal type as type Byte.
Type: System.Byte
The scale of the decimal type as type Byte.

Return Value

Type: System.Data.Metadata.Edm.TypeUsage
A TypeUsage object describing a decimal type by using the specified facet values.
