Gets a value that indicates whether the MenuItem object is saving changes to its view state.

Typically, you should use the IStateManager.IsTrackingViewState member to determine whether a MenuItem object is tracking view-state changes.
The IStateManager.IsTrackingViewState member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when a MenuItem instance is cast to an IStateManager interface.
