IStateManager::IsTrackingViewStateTypically, you should use the IStateManager::IsTrackingViewState member to determine whether a MenuItem object is tracking view-state changes.
The IStateManager::IsTrackingViewState member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when a MenuItem instance is cast to an IStateManager interface.
