Remarks

In the out-of-box implementation of the SqlWorkflowPersistenceService,
IPendingWork.Complete is a no-op. If you inherit from and extend the SqlWorkflowPersistenceService class, you may use IPendingWork.Complete to perform any actions required on items dictated by your implementation.
