Writes a custom binary message encoding elements into the generated WSDL for an endpoint.

	WsdlExporter exporter,
	WsdlEndpointConversionContext context
)

exporter: Type: System.ServiceModel.Description.WsdlExporter
The WsdlExporter that exports the contract information.

context: Type: System.ServiceModel.Description.WsdlEndpointConversionContext
A WsdlEndpointConversionContext object that provides mappings from exported WSDL elements to the endpoint description.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	context is null.
