HotSpot::IStateManager::TrackViewState Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Instructs the HotSpot region to track changes to its view state.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

private:
virtual void TrackViewState() sealed = IStateManager::TrackViewState

Implements

IStateManager::TrackViewState()

Typically, you should use the HotSpot::TrackViewState method to start tracking view-state changes for the HotSpot region.

The IStateManager::TrackViewState method is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when a HotSpot instance is cast to an IStateManager interface.

Notes to Inheritors:

To define a custom implementation for tracking view state for a HotSpot object, override the HotSpot::TrackViewState member. The explicit interface implementation calls the HotSpot::TrackViewState method to initialize view-state tracking for the object.
