This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the ListBox::SelectedIndexCollection instance is cast to an IList interface.
You cannot change the ListBox::SelectedIndexCollection class directly. To remove an item from the ListBox::SelectedIndexCollection, use the SelectedIndex property or the SetSelected method.
