Examples of Standard Formats for Data Types
You can format fields that you create with different formats based on the data type. The following table provides a list of some of the formats that Microsoft Outlook includes.

- In Outlook, on the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Format Columns.
If you do not find the format you want, you can create a custom format with a Formula data type and the Format function.
