InteriorGradientStop Object

Represents the Gradient fill stop point of the interior of a shape.

Consider the following when you are working with LinearGradient objects:
  • If you try to access the Gradient property of an Interior object that does not have an existing gradient fill, a run-time error occurs. Be aware of the Interior.Pattern property before you access the Gradient property.
  • If Interior.Pattern is changed from a gradient type to a non-gradient type, the Gradient object will be populated with default values.


The following example turns off the border for the chart area in embedded chart 1 on the worksheet named "Sheet1".
