ID3DXBaseEffect::SetTexture method

Sets a texture.

  [in] LPDIRECT3DBASETEXTURE9 pTexture
);

Parameters

hParameter [in]

Type: D3DXHANDLE

Unique identifier. See Handles (Direct3D 9).

pTexture [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DBASETEXTURE9

Texture object. See IDirect3DBaseTexture9.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK. If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
