Owner Attribute

Specifies an arbitrary value used to designate owners of attribute files or TOC nodes. For example, Owner could be used to identify documentation produced by different groups, but which co-exists in the same collection.

In the <AttributeDef> tag, identifies the owner of an attribute file in a Help collection.

In the <HelpTOCNode> tag, identifies the owner of a TOC node.
