DataReader.Dispose Method (Boolean)
Cleans up resources associated with the current DataReader instance, both when the public Dispose method is called and as well as when the object is finalized with a call to the Finalize method.

Type: System.Boolean
Indicates whether or not this method was called from the public Dispose method.
Remarks
The base implementation of this method calls the Close method if disposing is set to true.
