A - reserved1 (1 bit):  This value MUST be 0, and MUST be ignored.

B - reserved2 (3 bits):  This value MUST be 0, and MUST be ignored.

C - bitGoto (1 bit):  Reserved. This value MUST be 1.

D - reserved3 (4 bits):  This value MUST be 0, and MUST be ignored.
