An IFormatProvider interface implementation that supplies culture-specific formatting information.

A 16-bit signed integer that is equivalent to the value of this instance.

Remarks

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the FixedPoint instance is cast to an IConvertible interface.
