pdwBuildManagerOperation

[out] Pointer to a flag indicating that the build manager is busy.

Return Value

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

The solution build manager sets pfBuildManagerBusy to true if it is performing a task that cannot be interrupted. Otherwise, it sets pfBuildManagerBusy to false.
