Obtains the required property for the specified project item reference.

pszProjref: Type: System::String^
[in] Project item reference for which information is required.

propid: Type: System::Int32
[in] Property identifier. For a list of propid values, see __VSHPROPID.

Type: System::Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
