Property Value
Type: Boolean
A value that indicates whether the described property is read-only.
Remarks
If the owner parameter was specified in the constructor for this property descriptor, then the IsPropertyDescriptorReadOnly method of the owner provides the value, where this descriptor is passed in the propertyDescriptor parameter.
By default, only calculated properties and properties to which the ReadOnlyAttribute attribute is applied are read-only.
