Returns the description of a dependency.

Syntax

int get_Description(
	[OutAttribute] String^% pbstrDescription
)

pbstrDescription: Type: System::String^
[out] Pointer to the description of the dependency.

Type: System::Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
