Generates an object that can be used as a data source at design time.

Parameters

minimumRows
Type: System::Int32

The minimum number of rows of sample data that the data source should contain.

dummyDataSource
Type: System::Boolean%

true if the returned data source contains dummy data; false if the returned data source contains data from an actual data source.

Return Value

Type: System.Collections::IEnumerable^

An object implementing an IEnumerable interface that serves as a data source for use at design time.

The BaseDataListDesigner::GetDesignTimeDataSource method attempts to construct a DataTable object from the data source that is defined by the DataSource and DataMember properties. If this is not possible, it creates a DataTable from dummy data.
