A ConfigurationLockCollection collection exists for the locked attributes of a configuration section, and is accessed through the LockAttributes property of the ConfigurationElement class. Another ConfigurationLockCollection collection exists for the locked elements of a configuration section, and is accessed through the LockElements property of the ConfigurationElement class.
