Tasks

Azure Security Center periodically assesses the security state of your Azure environment. When it identifies potential security vulnerabilities, it creates recommended tasks. Users can view these recommendations in Azure Security Center and change the status, for example dismissing recommendations that are not relevant or which they do not plan to address. You can also use the Azure Security Resource Provider REST APIs to retrieve recommended tasks and update the status of tasks programmatically. Using the REST APIs, you can integrate Azure Security Center recommendations into existing security monitoring dashboards, IT management and ticketing systems.
