Step 2: Create Partners in the Azure BizTalk Portal
Important
Microsoft Azure BizTalk Services (MABS) is being retired, and replaced with Azure Logic Apps. If you currently use MABS, then Move from BizTalk Services to Logic Appsprovides some guidance on moving your integration solutions to Logic Apps.

In this step, you sign in to the BizTalk Services Portal, register a service provider, and create partners for Northwind and Contoso.
To create partners
Log in to the BizTalk Services Portal, as described at Registering and Updating a BizTalk Service Deployment on the BizTalk Services Portal.
Add two partners, Northwind and Contoso, following the steps at Manage Partners and Profiles in Azure BizTalk Services.
