Returns the login name for the current security context.

Syntax Conventions (Azure SQL Database)


SUSER_SNAME () 

nvarchar(128)

Microsoft Microsoft Azure SQL Database does not support the server_user_sid parameter for SUSER_SNAME. It will always return the login name for the current security context.
