The property to access.

The specified property, attribute, or child element.

Exception Condition
ConfigurationException

prop is null or does not exist within the element.

ConfigurationErrorsException

prop is read only or locked.

Use the Item property to get or set the values of a ConfigurationProperty object.

In C#, this property is the indexer for the ConfigurationSectionCollection class.
