Creates a new Microsoft Azure service.

Detailed Description
The New-AzureService cmdlet creates a new Microsoft Azure service in the current subscription.
Parameters
-AffinityGroup<String>
Specifies the affinity group associated with the subscription. An affinity group is required if the Location isn't specified.
