3.1.5.3 Processing an A-SQM Resource Message

Upon receipt of a ManifestVersion value as specified in section 3.1.5.2.2, the client compares the client's current manifest version value with the ManifestVersion value. If the two values are equal, the client takes no further action. If the two values are not equal, the client SHOULD<7> download the manifest version as described in section 3.1.5.3.1.
