Unable to communicate with a server using SSL
If you attempt to connect to a Web server using the https:// Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the server you are attempting to contact does not support SSL, you will receive an error. To communicate with this server, you must set the proper SSL configuration properties. This protocol is used to provide a secure method of exchanging data between the server and clients. More information about Internet Information Services (IIS) security is available in the IIS documentation.
