You can cancel the download of a run-time image to a target device by performing the following command in the integrated development environment (IDE).
To cancel the download of a run-time image
Choose from the following:
- From the Target menu, choose Detach Device.
This detaches the target device from your development workstation. You must reattach the device to establish a connection for running connectivity services. - In the dialog box that displays a progress indicator for the download, choose Cancel.
- From the Target menu, choose Detach Device.
