The browser can be configured to play a sound file while the user is moving between Web pages. To enable this functionality on an audio-enabled device, you must specify the sound file in the device registry.
To specify the sound file in the registry-
Add the following registry setting to the ie.reg file that is located in the %_WINCEROOT%\OSDesigns\<OS Design Name>\RelDir\<Hardware Platform_Configuration> folder to create the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\Explorer\Navigating\.current key and set the Default value string to the full path of the sound file that is stored on the device.
