Retrieves the sum of a number plus a specified percentage of that number.

Parameter

Description

amount

The original number.

percentage

The percentage supplement.

The number equal to ((amount x percentage) + amount).

  • pt(2000.0,0.10); //Returns the value 2200.0.

  • pt(20.0,0.10); //Returns the value 22.0.
