Sets or retrieves a value that indicates the table alignment.

- Pointer to a variable of type BSTR that receives one of the values listed in Possible Values.
- BSTR that specifies one of the values listed in Possible Values.
left Aligns to the left edge of the available space. center Aligns to the center of the available space, which is not necessarily the same as the window. right Aligns to the right edge of the available space.
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
If the IHTMLTable::align property is not set on the object, the table is aligned to the left edge of the available space as a block element. If the property is set to
right, however, the table is aligned as a "floating" object. Successive text and other elements flow to the right of the table if IHTMLTable::align is set to
left, or to the left of the table if IHTMLTable::align is set to
