Creates a clone by calling IPersistStream::Save followed by a IPersistStream::Load.

Parameters
- pihl

The address of the IHlink interface on the target hyperlink.
- riid

The interface identifier.
- pihlsiteForClone

The address of the IHlinkSite object for the clone.
- dwSiteData

The additional site data for the clone.
- ppvObj

An indirect pointer to the requested interface.
Return value
If this function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
