You can preview the results of your view or you can choose one of the other options.

If you want to save the view in the database but do not want to browse the results or modify it in the View Designer, choose Save remote view. If you want to look at the records your view retrieves, choose Save remote view and browse. If you want to modify the view, choose Save remote view and modify it in the View Designer.
