Remarks

Knowledge base article templates act as a framework for a knowledge base article. They ensure consistent structure, style, and layout for knowledge base articles.

Knowledge base article templates are intended to be generated in the Microsoft CRM application and imported "as is" by users and ISVs. The XML for a template should not be modified by hand.
