Synchronization log Form [AX 2012]
Updated: December 18, 2010
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click Version control > Synchronize.
Use this log to view a record of file synchronizations.
When you synchronize your files with the current versions on the server, a log entry is created for each file. If there is an error during synchronization, the Processed check box for an object is cleared. For example, if your network connection is interrupted, an object could be downloaded to your computer, but not integrated into the Application Object Tree (AOT).
To complete the synchronization of an object, select it and then click Process.
Note |
|---|
| Every file that has the same synchronization number is processed, even if some of the objects with that number have already been successfully processed. |
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Path | Path of the object in the version control system. |
| Command | Command executed during synchronization. Possible values are Update, Add, and Delete. |
| Synchronization | Sequenced version number of each version control system synchronization. Numbering is reset if you select Clean up log. |
| Processed | Shows whether the synchronization was successful. If the box is not selected, select the item and click Process. |
