Create a mail merge file based on business relations and contact persons

You can create a mail merge file in two ways. The following method creates a mail merge file based on filtering the and tables.

  1. Click > > > .

  2. In the field, specify the location of the mail merge file. Enter a full file location.

  3. To update the status of the mailing in the form, select the check box.

  4. In the field, select the date to send the mailing.

    If the check box is selected, the value is registered in both the and the forms.

  5. Click and in the form change, add, or remove filter fields as necessary.

  6. Click to accept the query and the values in the filter fields.

  7. In the form, click to generate the mail merge file in the location specified.
