Using the Solomon BPSDK sample application

Once installed, you can examine the various pages that were installed with the BPSDK sample application. You should be able to view the following:

  • BPSDK center page
  • Leads information page
  • Leads query page

 

You can also edit the Customers information page in the Business Portal to add the Contact History web part. To do this, complete the following procedure.

  1. Display the Customers page.

In the Business Portal, choose Sales > Customers > Customers.

  1. Add the web part to the page.

On the Customers page, choose Modify Shared Page > Add Web Parts > Browse. The Add Web Parts tool pane is displayed.

  1. Add the Contact History web part.

Be sure the Business Portal Gallery is selected. In the Web Part List, locate the Contact History web part and drag it out into the right column of the Customers page.

  1. Save the changes.

Close the tool pane to save the changes you made to the page.

  1. View the Customers information page.

The Contact History web part should be visible at the bottom of the right column. It will display any data you entered using the Customer Contact History window in Solomon.
