Caching (Windows CE 5.0)

Send Feedback

Windows Internet Services (WinInet) supports built-in caching. Any data retrieved from the network is cached on the Windows CE–based device and retrieved for subsequent requests. The application using the WinInet functions can control the caching on each request. For HTTP requests from the server, most headers received are also cached. When an HTTP request is satisfied from the cache, the cached headers are also returned to the caller.
