Constant Value Description
WcNoState 1 The WebClass object will be instantiated and destroyed for every HTTP request that is processed. Any required state information must be stored externally, such as in a database, within the Session object, within the URL itself using the URLData property, or in cookies using the Response.Cookies collection.
wcRetainInstance 2 The WebClass object is instantiated when the first HTTP request is received and not destroyed until either the ReleaseInstance method is called or the session times out. State can be safely kept within properties of the WebClass object; however, this will increase the size and decrease the scalability of your application.
